Not satisfied with your purchase? We want you to love your products and we understand how important it is to be 100% happy with your tools when it comes to your artistry. Please let us know at info@leonlashes.com. 

If you would like to exchange an item you will need to request a return by emailing info@leonlashes.com with your order number and then make a new order for the desired item. 

All sales are final for tweezers and lash trays. Only exception is a damaged item.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive email confirmation (given you have provided an email address) with a tracking number and link to track your order.

Do you offer in person pickup?

Available to pick up in person

Monday-Sunday with 24 hours in advance

For example: if you place your order on Friday night at 8pm the order will be ready to pickup Saturday at 8pm 100% guarantee

You will receive email confirmation & ta text message that your order is ready for pickup along with the instructions necessary to pick up

How long will my order processing take?

Please allow 24 hours for processing time, we are still a small business and appreciate your patience! Orders are shipped and delivered on business days only.

Make sure your email is correct when making an account / placing an order as if it is incorrect you will not receive updates. Please keep in mind that we only ship during business days, as an example, if an order is confirmed on Friday afternoon it may not be sent out until early Monday or Tuesday of the following week as the cut off for same day shipping out is 12 pm MST for DHL and Canada Post, Monday- Friday.

You will receive an email when your shipment has been processed. If you’re unsure if you’re receiving updates, or didn’t receive an initial confirmation email, email info@leonlashes.com

How much is shipping?

The shipping is calculated after you have added the items to your cart and filled out the personal shipping information

 The shipping options will be shown including the total cost. Adjust your currency in accordance with your country and it will change on your location.

Shipping is free for all orders over $150.

How does it work if I'm left handed? Are the products the same?

The product is the same! Kindly leave us a note thar you are a leftie and we will mark the tweezer / product accordingly!

Private and Group Class Policies:

Please note all class payments are non-refundable.

To reschedule a private class reserved date, request must be submitted within 2 business days of the scheduled class date. Otherwise deposit is lost, in the case of an emergency the deposit will be transferred.
